The MYA app is the official app of Mardan Youth’s Academy for students, parents, teachers, and administrators. This page explains how to get help.

Use the MYA Keychain account issued by the school:
Forgot your PIN or password? Contact the school office — an administrator can reset it for you. Accounts are issued and managed by the school; the app does not create accounts.
To delete your account and associated personal data, open the Account tab in the app and tap Request account deletion, then confirm. If you no longer have the app installed, email rashid@mya.edu.pk from your registered contact and ask us to delete your account.
A school administrator reviews the request and deactivates the login, and personal data is removed per our retention policy. Academic records the school is legally required to keep are retained. Requests are actioned within a few working days.
The app is available in English, Urdu, and Pashto with full right-to-left support. Switch language from the Account tab.
School announcements arrive as push notifications. You can manage notification permission for the app in your device’s Settings app.
